Conditional events

Hello,

It would be great to add some conditions to events. Example of uses:

• If there is already a top of the hour at the top of the queue, then don't add it a second time (when using manual mode for more than one hour → I won't have to clean the playlist manually)
• When adding the top of the hour, if the upcoming item is a jingle, then replace it by the top of the hour instead of inserting it (thus, there won't be a jingle just before or after the top of the hour)
