You will need to give teh RadioDJ folder full admin privileges and you need to then run RadioDJ as Administrator

I suspect you've not done that?

This sounds like a job for Marius to try and diagnose. I only know so much about .NET (jit)  errors.

All I can say is translate the error file into English, otherwise it can not be read.
