HTTPS links for Shoutcast/Icecast streams

We have a new service available...

We are now providing an HTTPS proxy service that allows you to have a fully HTTPS compliant URL for your existing streaming server. If you have a non-HTTPS streaming server, don't want to change provider, but need an HTTPS stream link (to use on your website or any other platform that requires a secure streaming link), we can provide you with you own HTTPS URL which seamlessly forwards to your existing stream link.

No more broken padlocks on your website due to a non-HTTPS stream!

This service is also ideal if you frequently change streaming providers and don't want the hassle of then updating your stream links on loads of different platforms (TuneIn, directories, etc) as you just have one, HTTPS link which you can then redirect at any time via our control panel.

So close, and yet so far!

I was really interested in either your web player and and/or your widgets for now playing, but have been completely put off by your use of payment services!

I would suggest you ditch these two 3rd parties, and get your own credit card facility through a credible banking institution. Doing so will greatly enhance your credibility as a business.

Honestly, using Paypal and Nochex gives me absolutely no confidence whatsoever, which in turn, reflects badly on what I am sure is a wonderful service that you offer.

FYI.. Living outside of the UK I had never heard of Nochecx, but a simple Google search revealed this...

Never had a problem paying using Paypal with them, and now it's more than one year I think. Once I had a problem (a great problem...) with Facebook Autopost (which was then suspended), and they stopped me from paying for that service almost immediately.

Coincidentally, our development team are hard at work integrating a new payment processing platform. Though it is not related to any issues with PayPal or Nochex, it is due to the lack of flexibility for our customers to add, change or modify their subscriptions.

I apologise that our current payment options have negatively impacted your decision to use our services and can assure you that we are working on a much more flexible payment platform as we speak.

...it is not related to any issues with PayPal or Nochex, it is due to the lack of flexibility for our customers to add, change or modify their subscriptions.

Have you contacted the Nochex support team to describe your requirement? We are in the process of increasing the functionality for subscriptions, so this might be a good time if you need something new.
