Found an index from last week and that one works.

Looks like I'm the only exception here 
Maybe because in my case songs in queue but not played can be requested again until played.

Also my database was converted by Marius from a test version of RadioDJ which was never released.

Try this copy of index.php its come straight off my test server which was showing no errors in my tests earlier. I worked on it for a while earlier if its still not right I give up .
