I upgraded to v2.0.0.9 when it was on the downloads page; how do I upgrade from it to v2.0.1.3?

I was having a problem with the same song scheduling twice in a row with every update last Sunday even though I have song separation set up for 360 minutes. I "solved" the problem by resetting the playcount for everything and it hasn't happened since.
