I hated the guy. He was elected by TV viewers and at the beginning it was obviously "WOW! I actually got elected. Now what the F*&^ am I going to do?" He had absolutely no political platform and was elected by populist vote for absolutely no reason.

He messed up badly by giving plum political appointment to his friends and co-stars. And ended up having to get rid of all of them. He also "forgot" to register some of his assets. (How the HELL do you forget you have a $4 million villa in Italy?)

The only thing he did was start fixing roads and bridges. He was becoming known as the Transportation President.

BUT... at this point I tip my hat to him. He has certainly risen to the occasion and become an excellent war time President. I just hope he doesn't F(*@ it up with these so-called peace negotiations with TerroruSSia.
