Power intros

Hey,

I have a problem. Some of my songs (which are hits) have a power intro (ex: "Hi i'm .... (artist) and you listen to ... (song) on ... (my radio)). Power intros are already edited, but i dont know how to play it before a song starts, not over the song.

You can assign a power intro's to a song.
Right click on a track in the search screen, select edit track, select sweepers (you have to make a folder power intro) select the sweeper for the track, but it will only work in a rotation to play, if you set rotation line with a sweeper.

I know that, but how to play the power intro first then star the song?

It will play even if there is a intro

Problem... i selected in rotation START
but it put random sweepers. i need custom sweepers for every song, for exemple
Power Intro - Shape Of You for Ed Sheeran - Shape Of You
or
Power Intro - Love on me for Starley - Love on me

You must assign the exact intro you want to play for "that" song (and only that one, or if you put 2 or more sweepers Radiodj will choose them at random), as Jhonny suggested it will play at the beginning of the song, but over it.

The problem is that i dont want to play over the song. Before it starts, play the power intro then play the song.

This can only be done by manipulating the playlist yourself. A little explain for the people who listen to big stations and doing this all the time. There are people who check the playlist to fit the hour and make adjustments when needed. This also invlolves the artist before track situation. It is placed in the playlist. Some playout systems can do this with a place holder function but still it is a mans job.

If you still want to have this the most simple solution is just edit the track and load that one in the database. So just load the track in a edit machine, load the artist shout and put it in front of it. Safe the track with either the same name or a different name and load it in the database.

I edited my power intros to fit play over the song.
I added for every song specific power intro, now how it plays automaticaly? If i add in rotation it will play random sweeper.

If you want that specific power intro to be played, there must be only one and that one will be played. If you put 2 or more power intros for that song it will choose at random.
