What made you decide to turn to social media, Gary? Is it popularity? :)
I hope this forum will continue to be the place for support and product announcements. facebook is fine for spreading the word and general chit chat but it makes a lousy support forum, for one thing contents aren't searchable.

Indeed Ian which is why i redirect anyone wanting technical advice to the support forums.
The Facebook fan page just keeps getting stronger and stronger. Today it passed the 800 mark on Likes....
