Slow down auto refresh request plugin

Hi all!!!

Since we do have a lot of requests for several shows, it is more than can be visible in the plugin requests window of RDJ. We can scroll, but before we reach the end, the auto refresh kicks us back to top.....

Is there a way to disable the autorefresh, or set the rate double or even triple?

I will add the option to set custom time and to disable the refresh.

I haven't looked at the update yet, but if you added the option to disable auto refresh, is there a manual refresh button? Like the 2 arrows in a circle to show refresh. I'll check out the update too.

Yes, i added 2 button, one which enables/disables auto refresh and one for manual refresh.

Can confirm the auto refresh as well as manual refresh is working fine here.
