[SOLVED] Reports - Not working

Hi everyone,

After reinstalling Windows and reinstalling the mysql server and importing the backed up database, Radio DJ doesnt remember what I am playing. The Report says "No Results to display!".

What can I do? It's really important to have access to my archive of played tracks. Thanks!

Hi have you tried the new reports plugin its can be found here http://www.radiodj.ro/download/beta-utils/SetupRadioDJReports3.exe

Also under "stream titles" from the options menu how many days have you set the "keep history for" option?

It seems it doesnt make the log after my Windows reinstall and import of the db. I can see the history before Windows reinstall. It doesnt remember the played tracks after that moment.

PS: I installed the new report plugin.

Reports works from the database that's present, so if you have restored a database it's report from that database.
And not the tracks that were played later.
You can use auto backup the database per day at a fixed time to not lost to many info.

It's true, but I restored the database and after the restore, reports dont work. That means Radio DJ doesnt write the history in the db anymore, right?

Found the problem. After reinstalling Windows and importing the database, the former user of the db didn't work, dont know why, so I had to use root. Using root, was't the same as the original user inside de db, so the history table couldn't be updated. A friend of mine replaced the user inside the table with root and everything's working now.
