Change the name of plugins

Hello everybody!

I have a question about the plugin "Manual Events" also known as "Events Cart".
Is it possible to change the name "Manual Events" to something else? In the translation folder there is a file for the most common plugins but not for manual events.
Is this possible?

Want the Manual Events to stay that way, they are part of the events.

The event scart is only if you like to use it to start a Manual Events and is not part of the automation.
