Agreed!!!! I'm a very patient kind of guy. When the new version is released, it's released so to me not a big deal at all!! I'm sure it will be worth the wait!

I see this kind of thing on other message boards as well, mainly posted by the 'younger generation'... :D
Is it just me or has patience been 'phased out'? :D

I'm a member of the American Truck Simulator forums as well and the company that makes ATS, SCS Software, made an announcement a while back about a new DLC for it. When it came time for the release, they announced the day it would be released, but not a specific time, so when midnight hit and it was officially 'Release Day', people were on the boards literally one or two seconds after midnight saying, "WTF SCS!! Where's the new DLC?" ::)
Most of the replies they got were 'chastisements' about there not being a 'release time' mentioned and asking them why they thought the DLC would release at midnight, as well as numerous, "show some patience" replies... :D

It was a pure, outright display of a lack of patience.., kind of sad really... lol

Patience isn't usually my strong point BUT... at least I'm being patient about the next release and when it may or may not happen.

1.8.2 is still chugging along nicely day after day and  that's all I need a POS to automate my music (not streaming anymore)

I've been working with 1.8.2 for nearly two years, and I'm very happy with it.  I will sure take a look at the new version when it gets out, but I'm not biting my nails over the release.

Thanks for the software, let's not forget it's free, be patient, and we'll see what happens.   :ok:
