Now RadioDJ has the ability for you to change its colours I'd like to see a few of peoples results when they've tinkered with the colour layout in RadioDJ v2.0.0

I've kept it simple so far and matched the list colours and the remaining/duration times to the colour blue I use on my website.

Will have another stab at doing another version of a colour these on a second instance..

You can find the colour you need if you know the HEX code for it by using this website

You need to change the Red/Green/Blue values in the editor to get the perfect colour.

It'll keep you busy over Christmas if nothing else  :hihi:

I love the colour changing option its much better than skins...

If anyone wants to try my colour scheme I've attached the .sch file in a zip file.

This was a color scheme I was going to use for WWSU radio as it reflected the colours of the university, but our station doesn't really have school spirit so it was rejected (just kidding haha... actually it was rejected because a few of the DJs have very sensitive eyes)... so we'll be using something else.

For colour scheme inspiration you could check out the palettes on this website
http://colourpod.com

And here is a tool to convert HEX to RGB since you'll probably need to do that.

Happy New Year, and happy colouring :-)

I'm sticking with the default colour palette. Not messing with perfection.

Is there any way to give each category a color of their own? That way when you see a song in the playlist you can visually see what category it is rather than having to read the text (call it lazy presenter mode lol)

Troy_1981

No, Only the category.  Basically you can only change the main category colors, not the subcategories.

Each item in the queue does list what Subcategory the item is in.  It's small text on the right hand side of the item.

Here is mine. I hope it keeps getting more options to tweak it out even more. :)

This is the color scheme that I use for my podcast. We don't do any streaming but we figured out a way to record from RadioDJ directly into Audacity. My podcast has never sounded so good! Thanks RadioDJ!
