RADIODJ UPDATE

Hi, I've updated radiodj2, but ... it does not see sound cards, it does not load any files, and in options / plugins no sees any plugins. 

I install framework 4.6.1
Any idea to solve the problem?

I have disabled windows firewall but nothing has changed.
Now the wumeters are all on.

Ok, that's a start. Now go to settings and set all the soundcards and restart RadioDJ.
The plugins are showing now?

I installed radiodjv2 again but the problems remain the same. It only sees 2 virtual cables no sound card. (If I'm interested I'm using windows 7 pro).
While Radiodj 1.8.2 works great.

Here are the images that give the error.
In the screen the vumeters are at most.

no there is no language (english / romanian).
It does not see the sound cards.
There are no plugins

hello, now it is days that I try to install radiodjv2 but without success.
The problem is always the same, once installed the software opens but does not see sound cards vumeter always remain on and there are no plugins.
I have windows 7 pro.
I made all the updates, installed Net framework 4.7, I disabled windows firewall protection, I run everything as administrator but the problem is always the same. Can anyone help me before giving up completely?
I posted the photographs of the problem in a previous post.
