Start event (Track edit)

Hi Marius,

there are some many new, useful options in v2 - it's just wonderful :-)

One of the very interesting things to us are track specific events. As we play Ads (placeholder file for Ad injection) on TOH I thought it would be a great idea just setting a teaser as start event. I expected it to play just before the Ads. Unfortunately it's first firing the Ads and loads the Teaser event only then.

I'd assume it works like intended, but it would be great to be able forcing RDJ to do something just before start of the track.
