Online Request Default To Auto Refresh

Online Request Auto Refresh set to On and the setting remembered.

This may have been overlooked because I thought it would be added in RDJv2. When restarting RadioDJ, I often forget to turn this back on only to realize there are many request waiting to be allowed to play. Perhaps maybe this could be added.

I love the feel and sound of the new version. Cant put it into production yet because I have to figure out the best and less PC stressful way to do it with 3 stations running on 1 PC so the encoder option is my hold up for now.

I know about that setting. It's just that if you restart RadioDJ that setting defaults to off.
