Events: Load track(s) after specific track(s)

Hey Marius and all,

I'd like to know if it's possible to set an event to load a track after a specific track on the main playlist. Here's the scenario...

At our hospital radio station, all presenters record their live show and then copy it to a folder with the filename repeat1.mp3. The next presenter saves their show as repeat2.mp3 and so on.

At 9pm every night, the repeat shows are all loaded into the playlist, one after another (repeat1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.mp3) and then played in order. This offers our listeners to catch up on any shows that they might have missed earlier that day.

That's the first part!

If a presenter broadcasts a live show later in the day, they save their show as laterepeat1.mp3 (2,3 etc.) and this will get added to the playlist after midnight. This is in case for example, they might be the only single live presenter to broadcast a show on that day. If they broadcast a show 7pm - 8pm and that show was repeated at 9pm, that would only leave an hour gap before the show is heard again which we don't want. To stop this, shows boradcast later in the day are repeated after midnight.

Sometimes on a busier day with more live shows, we might get 3 repeat.mp3 files which could total 7 hours of repeat shows. In this case, the laterepeat.mp3 show would get played at 4am which is fine in this case. If these laterepeat.mp3 shows were inserted into the playlist at midnight, all shows would go out of order and not be repeated in their original broadcast order for that day. I'd like to know if it's possible to insert the laterepeat.mp3 files after repeat5.mp3 and not have the rest of the playlist cleared.

If anyone has any ideas, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.

Andrew.
