I've not yet download RadioDJ.

Does the program offer the above feature and just how good is it?

I am used to OtsAV where it works just perfect and seamlessly however I am looking to assist a local Community Radio station and they have expressed an interest in utilizing RDJ and this is one of the questions as there will be a lot of automation through the night.

Transmitter Man, RDJ doesn't have segue control where you can line up the waveforms, but the mixing is very high quality. I say this as a former licensed OTS user (DJ service). It is very rare for the import and scan feature to mess up and the mixes are fantastic. Where RadioDJ *really* shines is with live assist DJing. I've yet to find a package that works better.

While you're on the line another feature I can ask you about which you'll know of from Ots is the ability to automatically search for the most accurately timed track to say lead into the top of the hour news jingle so as not to chop a track off midway through.

Can we do this in RDJ?

In version 1.8.2, no. In the new 2.0.0 there is a Smart Event feature that makes this happen much less often, but I haven't had the opportunity to test it thoroughly yet.
