Tracks Manager won't let me group change

Did I do something wrong in the setup of V2?

I can't group change tracks in Tracks Manager. The older version has several selections under the file option that let me change track type, genre, move tracks and change track state. In V2, the file option only lets me delete tracks. What happened?

I want to get into song titles and change the categories in move tracks like I could do in V1.8.2. Did I do something wrong in the installation? Has that option moved somewhere else I haven't looked yet?

Thoughts...suggestions...assistance?

Thank you Gary! I still have a lot to learn about this new program, especially since my version of RD J 1.8.2 just crashed. I had to put Version 2.0 on the air quickly, but I haven't been able to get on line yet. I'm working on that this weekend.
