You do not have permission to access this feature!

When I click on the options button I get a pop-up that says "You do not have permission to access this feature! Please contact an administrator for further assistance"

Could someone please tell me how to fix this? I've tried everything, running the program as an administrator, changing the priority level of it, restarting, nothing works!

After you do the admin admin click options then users and put a check in the bottom left corner.
