Failed Reading File!

Hi All,

I need help on importing tracks. I just bought a new desktop computer with Windows 10 with 64-bit. and I download RadioDJ V2 and I'm getting "Failed Reading File!" when I import tracks. How do i fix it and I hole someone can help me. Thanks!!!
