bueno, ya encontré el error (ahora me siento un poco tonto  ) al parecer el asunto es que no tengo la versión 4.6 de .net framework, y no puedo instalarlo por que no tengo Service pack 1, intente con la ultima versión de mono y no, no soluciono
PD: llegue a la conclusión después de ejecutar en una pc con windows 10 por lo que podría también faltar algo mas, dejo esto para alguna otra persona con el mismo error.

fuera de todo eso, funciona magnifico como en sus versiones anteriores que uso desde hace dos años felicidades Marius sigue así y mas mucho mas éxito
