Bug in carts/instant players when using User Management

Hey Marius,

I've discovered a bug tonight regarding carts/instant players and having User Management enabled. If I'm logged in as a limited user and not an administrator and right click a cart and choose Load, I get the "You don't have access to this feature!" alert but then the cart clears as though I've right clicked on it and selected Clear. This is on version 2.0.0.1.
