Best statistics app for Windows?

Hey everyone,

I'm running a Shoutcast 1.9.8 server (ancient I know, but it runs better than v2 for me) on Windows Server 2012. What's the best program I can use for statistics? I preferably want something with minute-by-minute, or per song stats. The closest I've found is https://www.webradiostats.com/v3/webradiostats-pro-windows/ but it's pricey ($100 CAD). Any ideas? Thanks!
