Program Won't Open

I just bought a new laptop that uses Windows 10.  On my old laptop, Radio DJ ran fine in Windows 10.  I try to open the program on the new machine, but it won't even get to the splash screen. 

I use PC Matic as my anti-virus.  Anybody else have any problems?

Did you go through the entire setp and restore the database files?

I think it has something to do with my antivirus.  I got it running, but now when I import a directory, it says it can't read the file.

all good now
