Chrome will soon mark every HTTP page as "non-secure"

Just a heads up!

In security push, Chrome will soon mark every HTTP page as "non-secure"

Google has said starting later this year its Chrome browser will mark all websites that haven't adopted HTTPS encryption as "not secure."

That means any site that doesn't load with a green padlock or a "secure" message in the browser's address bar will be flagged as insecure.

Time to upgrade your websites to https:// folks... Last thing you need is losing listeners because a browser thinks your site is unsecure.

I think we did my website using a plugin in Wordpress.

I think Firefox is already doing something similar to this, as recently, when I pull my website up, it's displayed as unsecure in Firefox as well...
Oh well, I was intending to shift over to https at some point anyway, guess that just got pushed up in the schedule is all... :D

Can't say I've noticed and I use FF everyday its not pulling the RadioDJ site up and that's not https (yet)

AFAIK It can also affect your Google rankings if your site isn't https... Its another reason you might want to go for https

I've been meaning to do this for a while anyway, but I know nothing about how to setup a "secured" website, so it's back to the books... :D
