While I appreciate the response. This does not answer the question. Will third party plugins return to RadioDJ?
In my own situtation, for streaming we use a program called "RadioCaster", which does allow DSP and VST, however DSP and VST in RadioDJ allowed for the normalization of the audio coming from the PC, which in a larger setup (mixer, multiple inputs, audio routing, etc), this creates a problem as the output from the Automation system can't be set to a specific output level without additional software, and uses the actual level of the file. All of our other systems either have a volume control that allows us to control the level at which the feed or input is played, except v2 of RadioDJ.
Unfortunately, not all MP3's are created equally, meaning a lot of stations (including my own), have files where the volume differs, which creates an uneven and poor sounding station. Unless someone else has an solution that doesn't involve processing each file independently with a normalization software. I think DSP needs to be added back, as it's absence is a huge draw back of v2.
