Stream Titles
« on: March 09, 2018, 04:57:03 PM »
Hello

Stream titles, I clear the Jingle and commerical strings and save

So it does no stream adverts and jingles names etc

But it only stores it for that sessions when you restarted Radiodj it adds the strings back inn

should it save the settings even after reboot ..??

Yes it should and by what you say, for some reason rdj cannot write it's config files. What is the path where you installed rdj?

Please make sure that all xml files are not read-only. Also if you run some antivirus, make sure that it's not limiting rdj in its actions.

Hi,

I'm having the same issue, with v2.0.0.6. After deleting $artist$ - $title$ (and saving) from jingles I see that the settings_titles.xml is changed, but unfortunately I still see the jingles in the NowPlaying.txt. When I restart RadioDJ the $artist$ - $title$ is automagically back in the settings.

I also tried using the "Store Settings in Database" option. I see that the fields in the DB are changed after removing $artist$ - $title$ from Jingle, but again after a restart everything returns again.

Marius,

Where else are these settings coming from? It drives me a bit nuts :bash: I don't want to have the Jingle lines in my NowPlaying.

Thx!

See this thread:  https://www.radiodj.ro/community/index.php?topic=12480

Specificly see the last post for my workaround.

Thanks, I tried your suggestion but this doesn't stop jingles of showing in the nowplaying  >:(

I used the $comment$ tag and this tag is also showing up in the settings after a restart, but unfortunately jingles are still being shown.

So, changing the tag in settings_titles.xml and even in the DB didn't help. I'm lost and I have honestly no clue why this still appears

Go to Radio DJ Configuration (the wrench in the lower right hand corner of the screen) > Plugins > Now Playing Info > Click on Settings button > Filters tab > Export Only These Track Types....de-select every category you don't want to display. It works for me.

Huh? :o

Which version are you running? I only see there: Custom Title, File Export, Web Export, Network and Serial Export.

My plugin version is 4.2.0.0 and I only use File Export function with a template file.

I'm using V2.0.1.2 Beta, so this plug-in isn't in your version. You may want to upgrade. I'm not having any problems with the beta version.
