Directory import problem

Dear all,
I used for a long time radiodj.  I was remaining at 1.7.3
So far I would build a new database, I download the latest version in order to import all tracks following new categories.
I cannot import through Directory Import function although I've done it so many times with 1.7.3.  I get the message "searching for compatible files, please wait".
When I use track import, I can import, but when playing the track, the program stops working within 2 sec. with log files "  Problem Signature 09:   System.IO.FileNotFoundException"
I use the admin functionalities.
Further, when imported, the files has no artist and title ...
