SQL Query for Requests

Hi there.

I'm wondering if it's possible to use an SQL query to check the Online Request Queue, and if there is a song request to add the request AND THEN the Least Recently Played Request Intro from a specific sub-category to the TOP of the queue, and if there isn't a song request, then just do nothing?  (So, if there is a request to play, it plays the intro, then song, if not continue with the current items in the queue)

If so, could someone help me out with this?
