thank you Jhonny, I did exactly the same thing but it doesn't generate a playlist in the end, I just have the playlist name changed to new rotation playlist

You only have 71 songs available to a rotation.... That's nowhere near enough otherwise its going to keep running out of songs to pick from...

It also depends what your artist repeat rules are set at.

You need more music in your library.

msliti

no I have 71 for a subcategory used in a rotation. In my test I use 2 subcategory so in the end I have 120 music in the rotation. for just a 30 minutes playlist I think it's far enough no?

I installed radiodj 2.0.0.3 in another computer and I have the same problem.
So I think there is 2 possibilities :

1. I need to configure something more, but I've seen a lot of videos and they all show that I just need a rotation track and then I can use the playlist builder from rotation.
2. I don't install My radiodj in a good way. But I didn't have any problem or errors during the installation. May be I can't install directly the 2.0.0.3 version. Should I install the 2.0.0.0 installer and upgrade after?

You can install version 2.0.0.3 right away. So you don't need to install 2.0.0.0 first.

It's hard to say why you are still having this issue with the playlist builder. The only thing I can advice is to add more tracks (you could even copy and rename the existing tracks) and import them in RadioDJ.

Hello Randy,

I did it and also imported more than 5000 tracks but nothing changes

Are you sure you're calling the right categories and subcategory's in your rotation?

It won't populate anything if its not calling off the right category/genre etc

I'm probably going to suggest you start from scratch and make a fresh database and reimport the tracks again and see f the problem still exists.

Backup your current database first just in case nothing changes.

Hello Gary,

Yeah I'm pretty sure I'm calling the good subcategory because the rotation tracks works fine (I show it in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1AtNu2ESNbo). Yesterday I've installed radiodj in another computer and I still have the same problem...

I'm clean out of ideas then if its happening on another computer that is highly irregular.. :bash:

Maybe its one for Marius to take a look at via Teamviewer etc...

Check the windows error logs it may shed more light on the issue

Ok.... Anyway, thank you for your help. I really appreciate that.

How can I ask Marius to take a look at this?

I mean is there a procedure for this?
