Auto-placement of Voice Tracks

I am new to the Forum, requesting information on how to set-up my station so that I can receive Voice Tracks from Town X that will load automatically into my station log.

A gentleman that I met at the NAB claims that I can label MON01, MON02, MON03, and ask that my DJ from Town X label her tracks accordingly. I have been told there is software that reads tracks and places them according to labeling (MON01, MON02, MON03).

I am attempting to cutback on the manpower hours, by instructing automation to do the afore-mentioned chores.

Is this possible? Any suggestions or advice?
