A******t/EdCast Win 10 Spring Update

Hello,

I've been using the A******t standalone with a M-Audio audio card for the last few years with no problems, my pc took the Spring Creators update and now I have no line in audio. I also run OBS Studio for live video, it is working fine, the M-Audio mixer control indicates audio, but A******t or even EdCast see no audio when selecting the appropriate input. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had any issues with the Spring Creators update. TIA.

I should mention I have tried Butt as well and no audio with it. Are there any other encoders for multiple streams available I can try?

Sound settings appear to have changed In Windows 10 with the latest update.... Not sure if this what is causing the issues you mention or not.

Does installing a virtual sound card help bring back the line in function? Its something I'd suggest trying, I used to feed my mixer back into the PC into a VAC a fee years back and it worked rather well at the time.

I ended up using a separate system to encode where it hasn't taken the update. For some reason even the virtual cable won't work. Yay Microsoft!..

I've tried a quick Google search and nothing concrete has been picked up as of yet as to why the Line In isn't working in Windows 10 after the update... Not sure if its related but there are users saying they can't get their microphones to work either but that's down to some setting in privacy.

I don't know what else to suggest at this point

I do know, uninstall W10 and reinstall W7 ;-)

I've messed about with Windows 10 a little, I absolutely hate it!

I will keep Windows 7 until Hell freezes over...
