remote broadcast stream to studio
« on: August 22, 2018, 08:47:02 AM »
Hi everyone,

We have been playing with software trying to get a reasonable quality link back to the studio from an outside brodcast.

Can anyone recommend something that works with RadioDJ to stream to the server in the studios ? (If it help[s, the server is the automation machine and is running RadioDJ 24/365.
It needs to be as simple a solution as possible and maybe not bulletproof but close to it.

Your help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure I completely understand your question.  Do you want to just stream your remote back to the studio over the internet, etc.  Or, are you looking for some way of streaming it over a microwave link?

If you want to stream your remote back to the studio over the internet, I suggest Breakaway One. It has stream capabilities to 8 different remote stream. Have a look at it.
