Car display output

I have a website that plays my radio station. On my car display it only displays the website address and the title of the website that is in the title tag.

Are there special tags or something I need to use to get the artist data to appear in the car display?

I can get these to appear in the player on the site, but at a loss on how to display on the car's display.

EDIT: I use PHP for my scripting language and pages, if that means anything.
