Hi everybody,
Radiodj don't start with windows 10 open.
Have you one solution ?
Thank you

Well i know a couple of things that should be done. First don;t put it in the "program" folder so in the root of C: and try to start as administrator. If that doesn't work i would advise to roll back to Windows 7. At my work we rolled back some computers because of problems of programs not starting and files disappering. No not an illegal copy of Windows 10.
Running 3 editions V1.8.2 at www.salto.nl and v1.8.2 at radio251.nl. ( NOW with 2 live studio's! )

There is no need for anyone to have an illegal copy of Windows 10 as you can use it without activating it anyway. I've had my copy of Windows 10 Home running for about a year now and it still functions like a normal copy of Windows except you can't tweak certain things but its useable on the whole.

Have you checked that the RadioDJ.exe in the program folder isn't being blocked by windows 10? Right click on the .exe and select properties it should tell you if its blocked or not.

It's just that someone could say that is was an illegal copy ;-) But to be honest, i had nothing but troubles and wierd problems  with W10. At work some of the mail servers stopped working and webservices stopped working so for me Never 10 ;-)

Do you know how to use the Windows event viewer to look for errors?

Add it to the exclude list in Windows Defender and right click on it to unblock it. Properties>>There should be a button to unblock the folder.

niber2010

where is the exclude list in Windows Defender?
Thank you.
