Glad you've figured it all out!  One question, if you're using the Input button in RDJ, are you getting the delay?  The whole point of the mixer is to not have to use the input button, and not have the delay!

OK, I got it fixed

SE Caster was not set to line in. I played with everything for a couple of hours today. Got all the volumes tested and checked. Settings on the mixer and ART Tube MP etc.

And, YES, I do have to click on the RadioDj Input button to broadcast

Oh, and one other thing. If you're using the ART Tube MP pre-amp, and using it through a mic channel (XLR) on the mixer you have to set your gain on the mixer to zero and run the gain through the pre-amp. This weekend I'll get a cable with 6mm x two 6mm ends and run it through Line In 7/8 on the mixer
