Settings lost during backup/restore

Hi there.

I backed up my database, installed RadioDJ on a new machine and restored from the backup. Everything seemed to work fine in the new installation (rotations, events etc) except for some basic settings which are set to the default values, such as all AutoDJ settings (Repeat Time intervals for tracks, albums & artists) and customized titles -- all these have been set to the RadioDJ defaults and have not been restored to the values in the original database. 

I had "Save settings to the database" checkbox enabled prior to the backup.

Although it is not a big deal to set these values to the proper settings, I wonder if there is a way to thoroughly replicate a database.
