And of course I would also like to see some plugins that work in 182 in v2 also work spacially the stream plugin for which I myself have the codecs.

v2.0.0.6 is regarded "stable" and there are not many bugs in that version. Saying that v2 has lots of bugs is the same as saying that v1 has.

For me it's simple: if you want the latest, you have to take for granted that there are bugs. v2.0.0.6 is not the latest, but it's a stable v2 - it works here for months and months now without problems. If you need plugins, stick with v1.8.2. But that one, without a doubt, also has some things that don't work as expected for some people.

And you started mentioning v2 and that there are, according to you, many bugs, all based on a v2 forum with a lot of messages in it. And now you get response to it that you are not willing to specify you are putting the "stick to the topic" thing forward. Great tactics! [Sarcasm off]\

As said before: in v2 there currently is not a way to choose sweeper category in your rotation. It could be asked to Marius if he wants to implement it, but if that would be done, it could lead to a few things that have to be adjusted (because nowadays we have beta versions which we didn't have in the v1.8 days) and someone like RFU kan "boohoo" again without really specifying where he's talking about.

The request sweepers category in v2.0.14 work the same as in v1.8.2

You can create a Request Sweepers subcategory and on the Request Tab, you can select that Request Sweepers subcategory to be used for song request just as in v1.8.2

Just make sure you go into the Disabled Plugins folder and add the Request plugin to the main Plugin folder and restart RadioDJ to initialize the plugin.

However, you can not change the request sweepers category using events but it can be done manually. So for example you couldn't switch the Request Sweeper category to say an Afternoon Request Sweepers from a Morning Request Sweepers Category using an event.

You can change the main sweeper category using an event but not the designated Request sweeper category.
Perhaps this could be something added later.
