When the thing's on, it's almost impossible to control and there's a high likelihood of hitting a wall or going up in flames.

This user is most definitely not on his own I've been battling my own demons for some years now.


I never asked to be Anxious and depressed all the time but it just so happens I am. I jump at the slightest noise, I drift in and out of my own little world some days.

Mental Health has a STIGMA around it and some people think "Oh they look fine nothing wrong with them" when in reality they're burning with Anxiety/Depression/Grief inside.

I know this all too well myself.

I've battled with the 'depression monster' for most of my 52 yrs on this planet and though the 'phases' come and go, it never completely goes away.
I hit a particularly rough patch when I lost my mother-in-law, dad, grandmother, cousin and puppy buddy all within about a year and a half, it really flared during that time.

I decided "to hell with the stigma, I need help" and talked to my doctor. Things are starting to get better now, so there is a light at the end of the tunnel, so to speak, so don't be afraid to seek help from anywhere that you can trust. You'll only be better for it in the end.
