Auto file rename, download to folder

Hi

I am after software that renames a file and puts it in a selected folder. For example a show named

Retroshow112019.mp3

Would be renamed automatically too

Retroshow.mp3

And then put in a folder called retro show after it has been renamed and replace the file already in there.

Any ideas
