Dear Sir
I have spend my cents and whole time to do a online radio with shoutcast.com. I have try my best withing past 2 year . I have a studio / production / and recording studio /  I didn't find any cents . beucse of shoutcast .com
that server always breakdown .  in 2016 year  shoutcast.com was a free service  . but now they charge for that service . but always breakdown my streaming . I'm fed up with that server . maybe I will die . don't get me as a joke  . on that they I thought if i invest on this filed I will be a good life with money . but i is not  now I'm lost. 

what is the best server for this ? . the thing is  I have submitted my streaming url lots of  app/web directory   . if I buy another server  my streaming link will be change . do you have any solution for this sir

Seems a lot of people are unhappy with shoutcast.com. Why not use someone else, plenty out there that offer streaming services.

There is nothing wrong with shoutcast, you are buying from an unreliable shoutcast provider.  He has his own servers and either lacks the knowledge or doesn't manage his business very well.  Look for a better Shoutcast provider. Check around with other local home streaming radio or audio DJ/shows/stations and find out who are they using.

I didn't buy from a "reseller". I dealt directly with shoutcast and it was a joke

There are thousands of satisfied shoutcast stations, users, resellers.  Maybe the problem wasn't shoutcast.

I am a new forum member but I have used Shoutcast and Icecast on my servers for years. Shoutcast has always been reliable and performed well for me. I would suggest that it is the provider/maintainer that is to fault here.

I can say that yeah sometimes it is a little problem but it's not the Shoutcast server! In my case it's the connection to the host were i get my shoutcast from. ( Reseller ) If they have problems with bandwidth, you got the same problem. If it disconnects all the time, check your own network first, check the ISP and than check the shoutcast. Streaming through WiFi ( yeah people do that! ) is asking for problems. Streaming with 256kbps upload while browsing the net, yeah i don't need to explain that one.  Still this happens and people asking how it is possible because they stream with 128kbps. Also 100mbps local networks can be a problem so build a buffer and set up an 1gbps network. Not everything is the blame on Shoutcast.
