Currentlly Playing Export Time Zone Setup

I was able to successfully get the web export for currently playing set up and working on my website's players, but I have a couple questions:

1) I can't seem to find the correct entry for my time zone (USA/Detroit). It is UTC -5, but when I put that in it is still displaying 5 hours ahead and in military time...does anyone know what I should put to display correct time?

2) The time itself displays on the same line as the Title. How can I get either the time on it's own line OR get rid of the time stamp altogether?
