Sweepers and Jingles

Need direction to forum that deals with sweepers and jingles and event time events that are assigned to rotations being played back to back e.g (Sweeper - Sweeper- Sweeper.....), (Jingle - Jingle - Jingle....) or (Time - Time - Time...) or as the say in a loop. Need direction to what I must be missing

My problem lies in having jingles sweepers or time announcements in events. I would have for instance a jazz rotation or any musical event, which would have "Music-Music-Time-Music-Sweeper or Music-Jingle-Music-Music-Time) then it repeats for the duration of the event, these events are scheduled for 1hour slots. These events would fire at the allotted time but after about five firings of these events the event would fire but on music would be in the event just "Time-Sweeper-Time-Sweeper....., or Jingle-Time-Jingle-Time-Jingle-Time..., and this would continue for the duration of the event. The events would have the "Least Played, Least Times Played then Random" as its algorithm.
Do not have logs for these problems, was looking in forums for someone that might have had a similar problem but my search comes up empty need direction.

Maybe you don't have enough music to fill the slots. What do you mean when you say "Sweepers"? A sweepers plays over a track, or do you mean "Teasers"?

I also have this same request so here's what I'm doing and it does not work.

In Rotations, I create a rotation called Pat's Playlist.
In the playlist I load music that I have set it's category to Pat's Playlist. I have tons of music in there. over 400 songs.
so what I'm trying to do is set it to play 2 songs, then have a teaser or sweeper whatever you want to call it but it's an audio file I have set as a sweeper in the categories. I have at least 20 of them in there. then play another 3 songs then play a station jingle then loop back to first entry and do it all again non stop till the next event loads.


Can you guys help me set this up please?
