I downloaded Broadcast MySelf to my phone and set it up to my broadcasting host's serves

Question, I want to use this for Emergency broadcasts only. Is there a way to remotely pause RadioDJ 1.8.2 from my phone and then make it resume when I'm done?

I know I can program an event, but like I said, this is for emergency purposes. So you never know when it's necessary

So I guess I have to install the REST server 

I can use the same IP/Ports etc that I have open for the request plugin, right?

no the rest server is a web service that is running on the machine that runs RDJ. it will run under it's own port, not the same port as SQL server. the port is set in the plugin. it is also advised to use HTTPS / SSL certs for the hostname of your radiodj connection, to prevent anyone from seeing your plain text auth password
