Help to upgrade from 0.1.6.0 to 2.0

Hi everyone.
I'm using a very old version of Radio Dj (0.1.6.0 !!!).
Today i tried to upgrade to the latest one but installer failed at 54%.
I think i need to upgrade little by little ? Starting with 1.6  first ? But i can't find this version anymore.
Does anyone can repost 1.6 ( or older ) or have another solution to upgrade from this prehistorical version to the newest one ? ?
Have more than 7000 edited songs and i don't want to lose them.

if installer failed, could your computer hardware be too old, or you don't have enough free disk space to install a new version, including all the temp files?

is there any error messages in Windows Event Viewer as to why the install failed ?

Thanks guys for your answers. I'm using Windows 7
I can install without any problem V2 on its own so i guess my computor is fine. The problem is that i can't upgrade from my actual 0.1.6.9.
Also tried to upgrade MYSql but installation failed too.
That's why i was wondering if it's possible to upgrade directly V 1.8 ou V2 from 0.1.6.0
Maybe i need before to upgrade with 1.6 or older ? I'd like to try bit can't find these old version anywhere.

0.1.6.0 is 1.6, yes. And you have to first upgrade to 1.8.2, from there you can upgrade to v2. So you need to do it in 2 steps.

Question... do you need to install the PROGRAM to upgrade to a V2.x version or can you just go through the steps to UPGRADE THE DATABASE, and jump to the v2.x software?

The upgrading proces is just to keep the events and rotations.
i just install a new version or update and make the events and rotations and just find out what's new or improved.

This is not true. The upgrade process alters your database layout, and since 1.6 there have been a number of changes in it, not only in events and rotations. Also in the songs table, and the procedure for update tracks has changed significantly.

But as TS suggested, you can take the update files and apply them - the upgrade of the database structure is the only reason to do it in steps (to get to a v2 structure).
