Hi
is it possible to to copy a saved database from one computer and install it in another computer with a new install of mariadb
  so   MariaDB to Another MariaDB how ?     Please

You will need to export the database and the import it on the other computer. It's not as simple as moving some files between computers.
You can accomplish it by using the database setup utility and create a backup, or by using HeidiSQL which has more advanced options.
