I'm interested to know when you last restarted RadioDJ... What's your uptime?

I'm intrigued that's all...

Never more than a month because Windows Updates.

Le sigh.

No one notices when I restart as the primary hands off to the secondary automation, the encoder itself is on a third system. The mix is seamless. It's just an annoying time suck I'd rather not have to deal with.

In the event that Windows Updates take a machine down behind my back, the secondary will kick in within about 30 seconds (Pira CZ).

About once a week at the moment. 

The one pattern I notice is that it may possibly be related to using Team Viewer remotely.  Following me remotely accessing the RDJ PC, I often find RDJ frozen and just sending out a loud buzzing signal (that is, it's working ok when accessing remotely but after disconnecting the issue happens). 

Hard to know if this is the cause, but it's the only pattern I can identify

Try TIGHT VNC that's what we used when we were using remote desktop on one of our old boxes Tight VNC left the audio where it was supposed to be and didn't freeze or interfere with anything.

Eeeehhh Running RDJ v1.8.2. Using 3 edition on one computer in W7 and now running for 131 days in a row without restart. At my place running V1.8.2 on W7 with one station now 3 months. No problems eccept for the stream plugin that comes up with a strange error. I think this one is from my stream host.
