Er, Canada is quite large. I'd have to drive for 24 hours to get there.

As to pot being legal, I work in the insurance industry. We're already seeing it increase the number of impaired driving accidents. It should have only been made legal for medical use.

Its illegal to drive with it in your system in the UK and medicinal cannabis is only available by asking the home office nicely in certain conditions at the moment.

I'm on opioid pain killers, which does next to nothing for the pain. I wish I qualified for cannabis oil or other cannabinoid type of tablets. I don't drive so I'm not likely to cause an accident.

I have arthritis in my knees and hips and will be getting my right hip replaced in a couple of weeks. I will eventually get all of them replaced. The only pain killer I'm able to get is Tylenol 3 with codeine. I'm still in pain, but now I don't care

(I confess...I'm addicted to Radio DJ. I'm glad I can be a part of this support group!)

Nice station setup. I'm in the Maritimes and it would be a very long drive as Canada is big.(5 days drive from coast to coast). Luckily in my province I can grow 4 plants and have them on my deck. It's a great medicinal plant and the government should have just decriminalized it and kept the government paws out of it.

Already ruled out having my hip replaced I don't think I fancy the long road to recovery that a cousin of mine had a few years back...

The best thing the pain killers do for me is space me out, I have hours where i seriously cannot say what it is I've been doing.

It saps all my energy trying to do simple tasks like wash up a few dishes - I couldn't concentrate on doing a Radio show these days.

9 years since the arthritis was diagnosed I've had it a lot longer.
