IDM issues - need help please!

Hi all,

So, I've set up IDM as a periodic download, with a specific queue name.

I have set the queue to fire off every day between 5.58am and 7.00pm.

The file I want to download is already assigned to the queue.

On the hour (58mins to) IDM tells me it's tried to download the file and has completed the task. Yet, when I check, it's still the previous file that hasn't been updated.

I can manually download the file OK but right clicking over the file in the queue and click redownload. This then produces another window showing the download process. I can then check the file again and notice the download worked.

It is a file of the same name, but is updated by the provider hourly.

So I can manually redownload, but not automatically.

EDIT: Is there a better DM to use? FDM looked good, but would only allow one download update during a set time period (for us is 6am-7pm). We need the file to be downloaded (overridden) every hour, not just checked.

Any help is much appreciated.
